Matt Crutchfield’s passion for wine began in the Shenandoah Valley and deepened in Charleston, South Carolina where he immersed himself in the world of wine through the hospitality industry. A harvest in Sonoma County transformed that passion into purpose, which led to two more years making wine in Sonoma and a Spring in New Zealand. In 2021 he started working at RYME Cellars and at the same time founded his own label to create expressive and honest wines, sourcing from organic vineyards in Northern California.
