Founded by Enzo and Carla Marcolini in 1986, Il Monte Caro is situated high in the beautiful hills above Verona. Now working with their two children, Giorgio and Emanuela, the Marcolini family is dedicated to preserving and enriching their 7 hectares of vines that they are farming organically. The vineyard is both DOC and DOCG designated.
