Giorgio and Rossana Nicolini have one hectare under vine and produce 5000 uniquely beautiful bottles a year. They are dedicated to working only with grapes indigenous to their region, Istria, such as Malvasia Istriana, Borgogna Nera Istriana, Piccola Nera, Refosco and Vitovska.
